FORT WORTH, Texas (May 10, 2013) – Sundance Square has announced the additions of Colleen Joyce as plaza manager and Anita Simmons as communications specialist to the marketing team.

Joyce has 13 years experience in the marketing and entertainment industry in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.  As the new plaza manager, she will be responsible for live entertainment and events in and around the new plaza to make the visitors’ experience in Sundance Square unforgettable.

Simmons, a marketing professional with seven years experience, has also joined the team and will manage interactive web productions, special events and social media.

Kathryn Grenig, who has been employed by Sundance Square for nearly three years, was recently promoted to plaza coordinator. Grenig will assist Joyce with event planning and onsite coordination of events in the plaza.  

“We are now well staffed and preparing for the opening of the new plaza this fall,” said Tracy Gilmour, Sundance Square’s director of marketing. “This team will give us the ability to offer a full array of programming throughout the year in the plaza in addition to hosting numerous community events.”

Sundance Square’s marketing department recently won numerous ADDY® Awards for creative excellence in advertising with “The Biggest Comic Strip in Texas” campaign.
