Sundance Square Announces Forestar
Oil & Gas, LLC to Move to 24th Floor
of DR Horton Tower

FORT WORTH, Texas (February 25, 2014) – Sundance Square has announced Forestar Oil and Gas LLC, a real estate and natural resources company, will be moving its Fort Worth offices to the DR Horton Tower from the Chase Bank Building.

“Forestar has been in Sundance Square since 2008 and we couldn’t be happier they will be staying within our 35-block development,” said Johnny Campbell, president and CEO of Sundance Square.  “We continue to see great interest in Sundance Square and our overall occupancy remains very high for office and retail space.”

Chase Bank Building is 98% leased and Forestar needs to expand, prompting the move. The company will relocate to the 24th floor of the DR Horton Tower with more than 20,000 square feet. Currently, Forestar has 8,000 square feet in the Chase Bank building following an expansion from 3,600 square feet. Forestar plans to move its operations in the next 60 days.

Robert Gamblin, senior leasing representative, and Bill Booker, director of leasing with Sundance Square negotiated the deal with Pat McDowell, senior vice president of Jones Lang LaSalle and Rick Dollins, senior vice president at Forestar Oil & Gas LLC.
